This program is complemented by personalized support. I don't believe in percentages and numbers. Relationship and motivation from a coach with a strong program is the key to performance.

Your Olympic weightlifting journey has started when you joined the Crossfit world. Based on your experience, level and objectives, I will create a program adapted to achieve your goals in a minimum of time.
Crossfit is a complex sport where you need to master different skills to be at your best potential level and unleash your total power. It is crucial to evolve in your Olympic Journey consistently with a structured and methodical plan.
This program is for athletes who really want to evolve. It is thus focused on a 3 days a week training. For the most ambitious of you, I have also set up a program of 5 days a week.
