Seminar Olympic Weightlifting Level 2

Informations

Since 2018 I started to give a level 1 seminar all around Belgium Crossfit Boxes to teach the right way to lift olympic movements.

During a level 1 we discover the basics and foundation of lifting barbels. The level 2 is the continuity of the learning process and methodology. We'll have an entire day to discover the specificity of all movement to make you better understand how to perform in Oly movements.



Agenda

Morning

10am - 11am:
​Recap of level 1 and basics of weightlifting
11am - 12 am:
Snatch learning module (timing, position, path, dynamic & physics)
12am - 1 pm:
Lunch brake

Afternoon

1pm - 2 pm:
Video analysis & series of questions you need to answer (MCQ). The goal is to understand how to improve yourself when you are filming the movement alone.
2 pm - 4 pm:
Clean & jerk learning module (how to catch a deep clean, find the perfect re-bounce, psychology pre-movement)

Certificate of participation of LEVEL 1 & 2 accomplishment (sent by email after & published in a public database soon)
