You have access to a barbell, weight & rack squats? Then I propose you to work with me on your Weightlifting Skills & training.
I propose you to make a program with some technical exercices to improve your overall competences in WL. We will setup some goals to achieve in terms of strength & WL technique.
Program can be 3 times a week or 5 times. We will cover snatch, clean, jerk, pulls, squats & some technical exercices.
We will work closely via whatsapp by sending me your video 1 time a week and review all aspect of your technique.
We always start with a 2 months cycle. Bellow that we don't have enough result.
